No doctor-patient or healthcare professional-patient relationship of any kind is established between SmarTone and users.

All medical consultations, diagnoses, treatments, and related professional judgments conducted via this SmartHub are provided by and the sole responsibility of the relevant medical institutions, doctors, and/or qualified healthcare professionals. SmarTone assumes no responsibility for, nor does it share any legal or compensation liability of, any medical institution, doctors and/or qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical services provided by them including the quality, accuracy, appropriateness of such services, diagnostic results, or losses resulting from medical negligence.

Telemedicine services rely heavily on telecommunications and network systems, which may experience communication delays, service interruptions, incomplete or lost data transmission due to network delays, disruptions, equipment failures, system maintenance, force majeure, or other factors beyond SmarTone’s reasonable control. SmarTone does not guarantee that the communication services will be uninterrupted, timely, or completely error-free at all times. SmarTone makes no explicit or implied warranties regarding the effectiveness, accuracy, suitability, or safety of any medical services provided by the relevant medical.

SmarTone shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim, cost or expense suffered by the user or any other person arising from or in connection with the access to, presence at, or use of or inability to use, this SmartHub.
